I'm filling out my cadet enrollment record and I'm stuck on this substance abuse question. I have to check one of three boxes. They are:

I have never used an illegal substance or drug.
I have used illegal substances or drugs only on an experimental or limited basis.
I have been a recent or frequent user of illegal substances or drugs.

I smoked weed twice in all of high school and have not used any drugs/alcohol since receiving my scholarship. What should I put? Will I lose my scholarship if I say I have before but don't anymore?
