I heard that the Chief of Staff said he was planning to get rid of class a's, and that it'll pretty much be dress blues?

Thought this was mentioned on the board before, but I can't find the thread. We later digressed by discussing Confederate grays. The South will rise again!

I would have to say no. More like a gookish accent. Hmmm, oh wait, that would figure.

actually I do have a bit of one. Not strong like the stereotypical accent, but it is noticeable. I am a Gook, but I am southern too. :D

I like the way the class As look, but I do like the look of the khakis from WWII much better. That would be nice to go back to.
The AF switched uniforms '99 I think. I like the way the older uniforms look (a lot like Class As), but I do like the new blue color better. The new AF uniform looks too much like a business suit. Wish we could go back to the older uniform with the new color.

I remember this coming up a few years ago, right before they changed to the new darker green. Personally, I think the green looks trashy really easily, and the blues would be nice.

Agreed, but that's the fabric, too... they could make the greens look nicer, I'd bet.

I said it in the other post, I'll say it again... I like that army A's are green and AF is Blue... kind of appropriate. Navy? Eh... they just get kinda lost. Damned swabbies. ;)

I don't think we'd have to worry about the grunts getting mixed up with the flyboys... especially because everyone thinks they're black anyways...

It's true, you can always tell who's the AFROTC cadet by the slightly confused look that's permanently on their face.
