Scratch another orange creamsicle from the roster. Anyone down at the Mutha have any poop on this accident?

ArmyTimes is the first I've heard of this one. There was a 67 accident a few months back. Word is it was a dynamic rollover. Not sure what caused this one.

I'd heard of several cyclic hard-overs, and wondering if that was still an issue. We didn't have anything like that when I went through, so I thought it strange that the problem would start to pop-up. If true, sounds like a material issue with changed parts manufacturer or specifications, as those birds have enough hours on them by now to have worked out any teething problems.
