Contemplating AD

I've been out of AD since 95 and have been coping with NG frustration since 97. I've contemplated going back AD for the feeling of real Army. I have 15 years total service, just made E-6, 74D and 88N MOSs and an 8 ASI but want to change if I am able to go active. I have a few questions that recruiters seem unable to answer. The only thing for sure I was told was that I could go back active.

Is there a possibility of choosing a specific duty station or at least having a choice out of a few?

Upon getting a conditional release from the guard and taking the Oath of Enlistment at MEPS, when would pay and benefits start?

What is the least or most amout of time I could enlist for?

Would retirement be any different in my situation?

I know that on the enlisted side of the house you can get a guaranteed duty station but you will have to pick from a group MOSs that will guaranteed be needed at that location. When I did it for Hawaii (4 years ago) my options were 92A, 92F, 42A, & 88M
