Here shortly I'll be doing a couple updates to the website... I want to know what features you would like to see on AIFA. Post them here and I'll see what I can do. And yes, a quick reply is up on the list.

Hey guys, just wanted to jump in here and let everyone know the torch is being passed. It is probably something I should have done a long time ago, as I just don't have the time to stay on top of the site. I know there were a lot of things lacking, so now is your time to ask.

Un4 is much smarter with the web stuff, so good things should be around the corner.

Eh, I'm just helpin' out with some hosting and some maintaining... I still don't think the Safety Officer could ever be replaced. :D lol

Despite the fact that you've never accepted my invitations to come bring a bottle of wine and ether to your house, you've still managed to build a damn good website. My offer is still on the table, Un4, and I can dance with the best of them. All I need is a plane ticket.

Guys, I'll still be around. When and if I find a job that gives me the time to work on the site, I'll be sure to help Un4 out. Use this opportunity to get your requests in. Regarding the comics, I'll gut punch Domer next time I see his freshly minted butter bar ass.

How about a way to ensure that noobs can more easily see the INTRO & RULES sections? :D

Working on it...

A few things I'm working on is a new homepage, quick reply, welcome message at the top and a new theme for the site. It's just a matter of time as I'm a little busy right now.

From an "old" Soldier, best of luck in your future assignments and welcome back to friendly shores. As far as AISFORARMY for the rest of you - keep it going. This is a great forum that needs to stay alive because of the help it SOMETIMES provides to the new and future Soldiers.

And to all of you thank you for your service to our country.

Yeah I noticed that too...

Ditto on the rank thing, we should be able to set our own custom titles (rather than bugging an admin about it)

You can't edit your rank, but user title, yes. You should also be able to edit posts.

Editing is still a No-Go.

User title is limiting the amount of characters.
