It was happy until I had to get up at 0800 today. Domer and I attended a party at a friend's house where mass quantities were consumed. I immediately reverted to my basic military instincts and found a nice place to lay down in a pile of leaves. Domer on the other hand still claims to have comics in the works, don't count on it. Hope everyone else had a fun and safe New Years!

Funny you ask because I actually don't. Last time was probably 4 yrs ago. All I do now is maybe call someone and make sure I wear a green shirt on that day. Closest thing to a birthday celebration for me nowadays.

You're right, no Irish in me at all. I just remember a lot of useless information so I tend to wear the same thing on certain days of the year. I also always wear a particular green shirt on Feb 17th, another green shirt on Mar 17th, a red shirt on Jul 22nd, a blue shirt on Sep 10th & 29th, another blue shirt on Sep 30th, a black shirt on Sep 11th. Those are just a few examples. I sometimes even recall what the weather was like on certain days, when's the last time I did something and such. Just remember useless info.

are there particular reasons for the tie-ins here, or do you just pick random days? i mean, for example, why green shirt A for your birthday and blue shirt b on 10 & 29 SEP? black shirt on the 11th is easy... but the rest?

Actually I was wearing a black shirt on that day even before that. Just coincidence. There's just a bunch of days that I do this, and the reasons vary from day to day. I just remember too much and sometimes I fall into patterns.
