we're not allowed to have JROTC up north. The pinko comies think that it is a "paramilitary organization" that has no business in public schools. God bless the Northeastern US. Once I'm done school, I'm never goin back

I'm not from New England. I'm from Pa, but it is close enough to get all their influence. But yes, Southeastern PA has few to no JROTC programs because of the reason I talked about before

Even if it is paramilitary, what's wrong with the way the military does things, I dont see any reason why students wouldnt be allowed to do things in a military fashion. I definately dont see anything wrong with a class that's designed to, "...teach high school students the value of citizenship, leadership, service to the community, personal responsibility, and a sence of accomplishment, while instilling in them self-esteem, teamwork, and self-discipline."
I guess if JROTC isnt allowed then your schools wont mind not having any goverment money--ever. Well, that's how it should be anyways.

The libs get frightened any time they see someone exhibiting self-discipline--ESPECIALLY if they're wearing a uni...
