So this kid was sexually abused, the dirty bastard Marine was court-martialed and then sent to military prison, and now this kid (who is now 19) is suing the school. Listen, I'm all for justice, and I think it has been served. The dirty ass clown was discharged and sent to prison, probably more than would have taken place in the civilian world. Sounds to me like another case of people wanting free handouts for their misfortunes. Sucks to be you, but the guy was convicted, how does suing make you feel better. It doesn't, it just takes money out of the school, the state, and brings more bad PR for El Cid.

Sounds like the kids was kinda asking for it, too... visiting the guys house and all. People are stupid. It's done, dealt with, over. Isn't there a statue of limitations on this shit?

A Retrosexual knows that owning a gun is not a sign that you are riddled with fear, or are trying to make up for a small penis.
