If you are using Microsoft Windows Xp you might have difficulties connecting to the chat room. There was a lawsuit between Sun Microsystems and Microsoft, and it resulted in the phasing out of MS Virtual Machine. So if you are getting a can't connect or something similar, go here: http://www.java.com/en/download/windows_automatic.jsp to get the latest java software.
