Don't think any of you will be beating this record on the next APFT:

Guy says that it all started as a push-up contest with his Dad. I guess in Tennessee they call constant belt beatings "contests." Anyways, 3,669 comes out to about 123 under the Army's two minute limit. I doubt many of you will beat that as well.

I'm still having a hard time believing 3,669. I mean is it physically possible to do that many without reaching muscle failure? Aparently the article is no longer online, but I'll take your word on it.

Well I don't believe it. According to The Guinness Book of World Records website the record for one hour is 3,416. I'll trust that.
